EdChoice Scholarship Program

The Educational Choice Scholarship (EdChoice) Program provides students the opportunity to attend participating private schools. The program also provides students who are entering kindergarten through 12th grade scholarship opportunities based on their household income level. EdChoice Expansion Fact Sheet

Edchoice Process:

  1. Parents new to the school should fill out an Edchoice Request Form, and returning students should fill out an Edchoice Renewal Form, for each of their children in the school, and turn it in to the school office.

  2. Parents should turn in a utility bill to the school that shows billing AND service address. Acceptable forms of address verification.

  3. New students should also turn in a birth certificate to the school.

  4. After the above documents have been turned in to the school office, parents must upload income verification to the Ohio Department of Education. Helpful tips
