Congratulations to Allie Depenbrock who won a $1000 scholarship at Ohio State Science Day today on the campus of The Ohio State University!
The keynote speaker was a wildlife conservationist who discussed how they're using AI to track species. Later, they broke into small tour groups and got to visit the zebra fish research lab, which is part of the department of neuroscience. They study the molecular genetics of fish to learn about human cells and diseases. Congratulations Allie, we are very proud of you at SMS!
