UPDATE (9/9/2023): We have had a great response this week, and we are almost to our goal of sponsors! We would like to have all of those finalized by Friday, although if someone has been a sponsor in the past and we still have their sign, they are welcome to call us next week and we can add it in. We still need prizes though. We have had some gift cards come in this week along with an OSU Tervis Water Bottle, and an Air Fryer. The purpose of the door prizes is to help make it an event that golfers talk about, and want to come back every year. We have a very good reputation for that, thanks to our parents and supporters. The purpose of the big prizes like gift baskets, is the big raffle that takes place after everyone has played and are eating. It usually allows us to make another $3-5K depending on the items and generosity of our players. Some of you have really gone above and beyond, thank you so much. I will give you another update later in the week.
Again, special thanks to the Howerton/Fetters family for donating the food for the golf outing. Thank you to the Heslar family for donating snacks and drinks and also tees for the event. Thanks to RTS for donating a sleeve of balls for each player. Thanks to Dave and Susan Poole for donating a $150 Kroger card for a prize. Thanks to the Collins Family and Nead Family who have donated bourbon baskets, and to Dolores Stuhlreyer (Aunt DD) who donated a Dooney & Burke Purse for the big raffle.
Huge thank you to the sponsors we have so far (If I accidentally missed one, please let me know!):

Thanks also to our teams who have signed up so far. We are now at 34 teams, which is the maximum number of teams! Thanks SMS families and our sponsors for making this one of the most consistently attended charity golf scrambles in the area. It's a great value, great time, and for a great cause.
