Dear St. Michael Families,
I know we are about to head into summer, but I wanted to give you all plenty of heads up about next year's golf outing. We will only have a couple weeks to get things together after school starts, so it will be important that we get started this summer. Last year’s outing raised over $21,000 for the ever critical, general operating costs of the school which help allow us to keep our tuition reasonable. As with all of our three major fundraisers throughout the year, it is imperative that all of our 80+ families help to make this a huge success. Compared to other fundraisers that require lots of time and effort with little gain, this fundraiser has proven to be easy, successful, and fun for everyone
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A GOLFER TO HELP WITH THIS FUNDRAISER!
We had several teams last year, that had members who don’t play a lot, who had a great time. Ask your friends or family. We ask that each of our families do the following to help with the outing:
Try to register a team to play in the golf outing-
4 person teams ($100 per player, $400 per team).
Register with attached form and return with entry fee to the school by August 31
Find at least 1 hole sponsor (18”x 24”, one color sign)-
Find out what they want on their sign and turn it in, with the fee to the school. If they sponsored a hole last year, we still have the signs.
$100 per hole. Please collect sponsorships by August 23, so we have time to print signs
Either donate a prize, or have a prize donated-
Could be gift cards, coolers, sporting event tickets, golf apparel, gift baskets, etc
If every family finds one hole sponsor, and donates a prize we will raise over $20,000, so please help! We hit that goal last year, so it is absolutely realistic. We would like to have all registrations by August 23 so we can get prizes together, and so the golf course can be sure to have enough golf carts. We can have as many as 36 teams.
