Good morning SMS Families!
We had a great first full week of classes. The transitions between classes are about as smooth as I have seen them this early, We are really working on helping our students learn good organization habits which will serve them well as they grow in their scholastic journey.
You guys really stepped up this week as far as the golf outing goes. We are up to 32 teams (36 max), and we are over 120 hole sponsors, which is a new record! If you would still like to contribute, we could still use some prizes. Prizes could be anything from gift cards, to tools, to Bengals tickets, to coolers. If you plan to drop off a prize, please do so by Wednesday, as we will be preparing for the event on Saturday.
Tomorrow is our first SMS Spirit Day of the year. Students may wear any St. Michael Sprit Wear shirt with jeans or uniform shorts.
Fall pictures are this Wednesday. Order forms were sent out this past week. If for some reason, you can't find your form, you can still stop in the office to get anther one. Students should be in uniform for these pictures as they will be used for the yearbook. We will have pictures in the spring as well, which will be available out-of-uniform.
We will be sending home white folders this week. They will contain letters about Grandparent's Day and RSVP's. It will be very important to pay attention to those and turn them in n time, because it will require careful planning on our part due to space.
We still have about 30% of our families who have not filled out their eforms on OptionC. Please work on those this week. If you have questions, feel free to call us and we will walk you through it. Although the instructions can be found here.

Please keep Mrs. Groh in your prayers, as she is grieving the losses of a sister and a long time friend this week.
