Good afternoon! I hope everyone is having a great holiday weekend.
Thank you to everyone who helped make yesterday's golf outing at huge success. I will post more detail later, but we ended up with 30 teams, and 136 hole sponsors, and the early numbers are looking like we will raise close to $23,000 for our school. Thanks to our parents and staff who gave up their Saturday to help., I heard several comments about how smooth things ran, and that is a testament to our dedicated volunteers.
Looking ahead to this week:
Monday- Labor Day, No School
Tuesday- Return to school
Wednesday-
5th and 6th Grade Field Trip to Living Lands and Waters
AimsWeb Testing for Kindergarten and First Grade (am)
Thursday- Due to the townwide yardsale in Georgetown, Mr Heslar will pick up and drop off at the IGA parking lot instead of St. George. (Friday also)
Friday- It's our first, Frist Friday of the year! Students will have the opportunity to spend time with out Lord in Adoration.
Coming up the week of 9/9....
Students in grade 2-8 will be testing in the morning on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Grandparents Day will be held on Thursday and Friday. RSVP's are due by Friday, September 6. If you have grandparents who will be coming, please make sure you RSVP.
