Dear SMS Families,
We are still a couple weeks away from our Open House on Thursday, August 18 beginning at 6:00 pm in the Church. Our new furniture is almost all here and the school is looking great! We are excited to see all of our returning students as well as the new students joining the SMS family! Our enrollment for the 22-23 school year currently stands at 123 students, the most in at least the last 25 years!
Please remember to have your paperwork that was sent home on July 1 ready to turn in, and eforms on OptionC completed as well. So far 37 out of 123 student's eforms have been completed.
I have had some questions about the uniform approved sweatshirts for this year. Students may wear either red or black, crew neck or hooded sweatshirts, with these logos embroidered on the left hand side of the chest. Of course students may also wear plain red or black crew neck or hoodies. All other SMS sweatshirts can be worn on spirit days. If you have any questions please email me.

Finally, we have had a few hole sponsors and teams turned in for our first big fundraiser of the year. Huge thank you to Howerton Construction and John Wood Insurance for once again providing the food for the event. Once school starts we will only have a few weeks to get everything together, and I assure you it is huge undertaking. If you haven't already begun seeking hole sponsors, teams, and prizes, please start working on that.
