St. Michael School

At SMS we appreciate our Veterans and would like to honor them for all they have done to protect our country. Although the nationally observed Veteran's Day is November 11, due to the prior commitments of many Veterans on November 11, we will observe Veteran's Day on Monday, November 14. That morning, we will have a special prayer service in the church. Students will gather as usual, and all Veterans, especially those that are part of our SMS family are welcome to attend the prayer service. Our guest speaker will be SgtMaj Otis Kokensparger. The service will begin at 8:00am and students will resume classes as usual afterward. There will be a small reception held after the prayer service in the Hall for our Veterans. We are looking forward to honoring our Veterans!
